Availability Status:

I am not available for new assignments. Effective Nov 1, 2014 - In the spring of 2014, I decided to focus more time on subdividing my 50 acre parcel in El Dorado County.  While I do continue to provide valuation consulting to existing clients, for the most part I do not expect to accept appraisal assignments for the coming year or two.
