Appraiser Licensing
I am a California Certified General Appraiser, license number AG030882.  The Certified General is the highest appraisal license available in California. It allows me to appraise any commercial or residential property regardless of value.  This certification, issued by the California Office of Real Estate Appraisers (OREA) acknowledges that I have met the state's requirements including examinations and continuing education.

Regardless of the appraiser you select, always verify their license status as licenses can be revoked, expire or be fraudulent.  Selecting an appraiser without verifying their license is like swimming with sharks; you never know if you will be bitten.  Yes, that's a picture of my wife Carolyn and I with a reef shark near the Turks and Caicos Islands.
